• Parent/Guardian Details: For minors under 18 years of age, emergency contact person, parent/guardian name, and emergency phone line.
• Physical Readiness & Medical Disclosures: Voluntary disclosures of prior musculoskeletal injuries, heart conditions, or physical accommodations necessary to ensure safe physical instruction.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, screen resolution, referrers, and user interactions with our video showcases and interactive curricula.

• Demo Class Scheduling: Coordinating trial slots, confirming studio studio space, and matching performers to suitable instructor levels.

Minor & Child Performer Safety

As an academy providing specialized dance, tumbling, and aerial education to young artists, safeguarding minors is of utmost priority.

• All demo class requests and enrollments for students under the age of 18 must be authorized and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
• Direct communication regarding schedules, fees, and performance updates for minor students is routed directly to the verified parent/guardian WhatsApp number or email address.
• Parents may inspect, update, or request the deletion of their child's records at any time by contacting the Atelier administration.

Photo & Video Media Consent

Dance, choreography, and acrobatics are inherently visual arts. During routine studio sessions, masterclasses, and stage showcases, photos and video reels may be recorded for pedagogical evaluation and academy archival purposes.

Upon enrollment, students or their guardians are presented with an optional media release option. If you prefer yourself or your child not to appear in public promotional video reels (e.g. Instagram showcases or website header reels), you can notify us in writing during registration, and we will place an exclusion flag on your profile.

WhatsApp & Direct Messaging Linkage

Our website provides streamlined instant booking through the official WhatsApp Business API / Deep Links (Direct Line: +91 816 972 9704).

When you initiate a booking via our demo form, your entered details are pre-formatted into a direct WhatsApp message for your convenience. The message is transmitted end-to-end through WhatsApp's encrypted protocol under Meta's privacy terms. We do not store raw messages in external intermediary databases without your explicit consent.
